Bhumix provides:

• Paint and painting tools under the Bhumix and BhumixPaints brand.

• Interior and exterior wall painting.

• Home services under “Bhumix Final Solution” including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, tiling, wall ceiling, flooring, construction, and interior design.

The company reserves the right to refuse service in cases of unsafe work environments, illegal activities, or non-cooperation.

3. Product Use

All Bhumix Paints and tools should be used as per the usage instructions provided. The company is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or third-party application.

4. Booking & Payments

• All services require a prior booking.

• Advance payments may be required before service initiation.

• Final billing will be based on actual work completed and may vary depending on material usage or on-site changes.

• Late payments may attract additional charges.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Booked services can be rescheduled or canceled 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.

• In case of advance payments, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days after cancellation approval.

• No refund will be provided once material is purchased or work has started.

6. Warranty & Liability

• Bhumix guarantees professional service quality but does not offer warranties for wear and tear, user damage, or external factors post-service.

• The company is not liable for accidental damages due to structural faults or prior issues at the client site.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, brand names, logos, and product designs used on the website and promotional material are the intellectual property of Bhumix and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Governing Law
